1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of by-alexander.com and purchases made through the site. By
accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them, including our
Privacy Policy and Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy. If mandatory consumer law gives you rights that cannot be
waived, those rights are not limited by these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Site Use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site's operation or security; introduce
malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract site content except as

We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or discontinue products where reasonably necessary, subject to
applicable law. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue the appropriate refund.

An order submission is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or fulfill the order,
subject to applicable law. We may correct genuine pricing, typographical, or technical errors before an order is
accepted.
Prices, taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other applicable charges will be presented as required at checkout.
Payment is processed through Shopify and available third-party payment providers.
5. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping, returns, refunds, damaged items, international orders, and related matters are governed by our Returns,
Refunds & Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

product imagery, and other content are owned by BY ALEXANDER or used under license or permission, except where
otherwise indicated.
Nothing on the site transfers ownership of any intellectual-property right to you. You may access site content for
personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, republication, distribution, modification, commercial exploitation,
scraping, or creation of derivative works from protected site content requires the permission of the applicable rightsholder unless otherwise permitted by law.
Names, images, music, artwork, trademarks, and other material belonging to artists, contributors, talent, licensors, or
other third parties remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including applicable
consumer-protection rights.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold BY ALEXANDER harmless from claims, losses,
liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the site or material breach of these Terms. This
provision does not apply to the extent prohibited by consumer law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except
that mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence remain unaffected. Nothing in this provision
deprives a consumer of rights or forums that cannot legally be waived.
